At times, a client must return to a living environment, which includes family members or others; sometimes, these relationships can be challenging. Within the household unit, the client and others can benefit from professional guidance. In most circumstances, Alignment will suggest and orchestrate family therapy sessions whether the family is in the same living environment or if they are elsewhere. Very often, mental health issues with one member have ramifications affecting the whole family, so it is beneficial for everyone to be included in the recovery process in whatever ways possible.
Alignment will suggest specialty therapies to clients on an as needed basis. Types of treatments may include:
- Cognitive Behavior Therapy
- Dialectic Behavior Therapy
- Nutritional Therapy
- Yoga/Meditation, Bodywork, Acupuncture and others, by arrangement
Identifying environments, situations and people that can challenge a client’s successful recovery is critical to maintaining sobriety and maximizing positive mental health outcomes.
Frequent individual therapy sessions with a dedicated Alignment licensed clinician will identify core issues as a part of each client’s overall treatment plan.
Physical well-being is an important component to maintaining positive mental health. Alignment Recovery helps clients identify physical activity and physical goals to create an action plan and follow through to begin a productive routine.
Our Home Support Specialists regularly meet with clients and support them in all aspects of their lives. Providing structure and confidence to all clients allows them to overcome their daily challenges, while identifying essential lifestyle changes to promote lasting health.
Alignment Home Health is available to aide clients with community commitments they may have across the duration of our treatment program. Oftentimes, transportation and support with outside doctor visits, appointments or job interviews becomes imperative.
